D.B. Rielly will perform as one of 32 Finalists in the 2019 Grassy Hill Kerrville New Folk Competition.

Sixteen Finalists will perform at the New Folk Concert on Saturday, May 25, and another sixteen on Sunday, May 26. All as part of the Kerrville Folk Festival.
